Project information

I developed a KPI dashboard for Advocate Health Care's intranet that captures several key measures such as mortality index, length of stay, readmission and unassisted falls. The dashboard is built on a tile and bootstrap framework to make it responsive for different form factors. The Report Library is a document repository filterable by hospital site location; overall, safety and quality, service and coordinated care groups and categorized KPI or Watch List item. I designed the wireframes and prototype in Sketch and InVision. I built the HTML code and CSS in SharePoint. They loved it so much they wanted me to redesign other sections of the intranet.
